Talk like a chipmunk while talking in Skype

The Chipmunks are famous for their really funny and special voices. Anything sounds cuter and more fun when said in Chipmunk voice, so many people want to talk just like them.

This tutorial will guide you the way to talk like Chipmunk on Skype using Voice Changer Software Diamond (VCSD). Steps to take:

Step 1: Open VCSD

Download and install Voice Changer Software Diamond now:

Step 2: Set up a chipmunk voice

Move the cursor on Pitch-Timbre graph to change your voice.

In order to have the same voice as Chipmunk's, it is suggested that you change Pitch and Timbre to 169% and 105% respectively.

Click Make-ups (1), choose Custom (2) to open Equalizer pane.

Adjust equalizer value as same as the Equalizer pane below to make your Chipmunk voice sound better and clearer.

Step 3: Configure Skype’s Audio settings

Run Skype application, login to your account. Choose menu Tools ~> Options.

• In the Options dialog box: Select Audio settings (1).
• In Microphone area, select: Microphone (Avsoft Virtual Audio Device) (2) and click Save.

Step 4: Amaze your friends via Skype with the Chipmunk voice

Get back to Skype and start your Skype chat. The morphing effects have been applied, and your voice has been changed.
